You can also book appointments online and the BOOK NOW button can be found at the bottom of this page. Consultations and treatments are by appointment only.

If you do call the phone number and we don't answer, please do leave a voicemail clearly stating your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will usually be busy with clients and while they are in the clinic, we like to give them (and hopefully you) the best experience possible.

Emails will usually be responded to in four working hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. A response can sometimes be made between clients in the changeover period. But during busy times please allow us one working day to initially respond.

Social media will also be answered from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and on some occasions, Saturday from 9 am to 12 am. Please also allow four working hours up to one working day for a response. We will aim to reply sooner but will depend on how busy we are in the clinic. Some of our social media channels at certain times can be managed by a third party, and so this can cause a slight delay in response. If you do need a faster reply, please email or call directly to the clinic.
