You can also book appointments online using the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of this page. Just a quick reminder: all consultations and treatments are by appointment only.

📞 Calling the clinic? If I don’t answer right away, I’m probably with a client. Please leave a voicemail with your name and number, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I always want to give every client (including you!) my full attention.

📩 Sending an email? I aim to reply within four working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm). During busier times, it might take up to one working day—but I’ll never keep you waiting longer than necessary.

📱 Messaging on social media? I’ll do my best to reply between 9 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday, and sometimes Saturday mornings too. Just keep in mind that some of my pages are managed by a lovely third party, so there might be a small delay. If it’s urgent, email is always your best bet.
