Gua Sha Course: Facial Sculpting Ritual for Natural Lift
Your face holds everything your nervous system carries.
This calming Gua Sha ritual releases facial tension, reduces puffiness and restores natural glow — in just a few minutes a day.
You’re Not Looking for Anti-Ageing
You're not trying to turn the clock back.
You've simply reached a moment in life when you want to feel more like yourself again. I hear you!
The years have brought wisdom, experience, and strength — but they’ve also carried stress, responsibility, and long days that show quietly on the face.
A little more tension in the jaw.
A little more puffiness around the eyes.
A softness where definition used to be.
Not because anything is wrong.
But because life has been full.
You're not looking for dramatic treatments or a frozen version of herself.
You want something gentle, intelligent, and consistent.
Something that works with your skin rather than against it.
A way to supports your face naturally…
while giving you a few quiet moment of care at the end of the day.
The Facial Sculpting Ritual was created for exactly this woman.
Not to change who you are.
But to help you look and feel like yourself again.

Why Most Gua Sha Tools End Up in a Drawer
Many women already own a Gua Sha stone.
It arrived in a beautiful box, perhaps with a small instruction card showing a few arrows across the face.
They tried it once or twice.
But the directions felt unclear.
How much pressure should you use?
Which direction should the stone move?
How do you work with the lymphatic system properly?
Without that guidance, the ritual never quite settles into place.
So the stone quietly finds its way into a drawer.
Not because it doesn’t work.
But because no one truly showed you how to use it.
When used with the correct technique, Gua Sha can help support lymphatic drainage, release tension held in the face, and encourage healthy circulation in the skin.
But it works best when the movements are clear, gentle, and intentional.
That’s exactly what this course was designed to show you.
Step by step.
So your Gua Sha tool doesn’t become another forgotten product —
but a ritual you return to again and again.

My Approach to Gua Sha
I first trained in Gua Sha while studying in Spain, bringing the technique back into my clinic to offer to my clients.
What I quickly noticed wasn’t just the effect on the skin.
Of course, there was visible change —
more defined cheekbones, a softer jawline, brighter skin.
But something deeper was happening too.
As the stone moved across the face, tension began to release.
Breathing slowed.
The nervous system softened.
Many of my clients would leave the treatment room not only looking more radiant, but feeling noticeably calmer.
And again and again I would hear the same words:
"I wish I could have this every day."
That’s what led me to create this course.
So you can bring that same sense of calm, care, and gentle sculpting into your own home.
My approach focuses on three simple principles:
1. Work with the lymphatic system
Encouraging natural drainage helps reduce puffiness and supports healthier looking skin.
2. Release tension held in the face
The jaw, forehead, and cheeks often hold stress we don’t realise we’re carrying.
3. Create a ritual, not a routine
Something you return to because it feels good — not something you force yourself to do.
Because when something feels calming and nourishing, it naturally becomes part of your life.
What Women Begin to Notice
When this ritual becomes part of your week, the changes tend to appear gradually and naturally.
Nothing dramatic.
Just small shifts that begin to add up.
Many women start to notice:
• less tension held in the jaw and forehead
• reduced puffiness, especially around the eyes
• a more defined jawline
• lifted looking cheekbones
• brighter, healthier skin
• a natural glow returning to the face
But something else happens too.
The ritual itself becomes something they look forward to.
A few quiet minutes at the end of the day.
A moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
And often the benefits reach beyond the skin.
Many women say they feel calmer, sleep more deeply, and carry less stress in their face.
Not because they’ve changed who they are.
But because they’ve started giving themselves a small moment of care again.
What My Clients Say ...
Hi Fiona, I just wanted to say how much I love your course and oil. It's so soothing to do and it's become part of my bedtime ritual. I sleep so much better after I do it and the video steps are so easy to follow. Andrea
I'm so glad I got this course. I had these instructions with my Gua sha set and could't make head nor tail of what to do. This course gives clear instructions and guidelines. I only takes me 5 mins and I feel it's calming to do at the end of a stressful day. Janice
I've suffered from puffiness under my eyes and sinus problems for a while. I've been doing the lymphatic drainage section of the course daily now for a month and my puffiness has started to reduce and I feel I'm starting to breath better. Sandra

A Ritual That Fits Into Your Life
You don’t need an hour.
The facial sculpting ritual takes around 5–10 minutes, two or three times a week.
Many women naturally begin doing it more often simply because they enjoy the calm it brings.
It becomes a small pause at the end of the day —
a way to release the tension your face has been carrying.

Optional: The Ritual Tools
You can complete the Facial Sculpting Ritual using any Gua Sha stone you already own.
However, if you’d like to begin with tools designed specifically for this ritual, you also have the option to add the Ritual Set.
Each tool has been chosen to support both the physical and emotional aspects of the practice.
The Amethyst Gua Sha Stone
Amethyst has long been associated with calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
It was chosen for these tools because of its gentle yet grounding energy.
As the stone moves across the skin, it invites the face to soften and the nervous system to slow.
Each use becomes a small act of self-kindness —
a moment to breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with stillness.
The Amethyst Roller
The roller supports lymphatic drainage, helping to encourage fluid movement through the face and neck.
Many women enjoy using the roller in the morning to reduce puffiness and refresh the skin, while reserving the Gua Sha stone for their evening ritual.
Together, they support healthy circulation and a natural glow.
Renew & Repair Organic Facial Oil
To allow the stone to glide smoothly across the skin, the ritual works best with a nourishing facial oil.
The Renew & Repair Organic Facial Oil was created to support mature skin with lightweight hydration and antioxidant-rich nourishment.
It helps to:
• deeply hydrate and soften the skin
• support the skin’s natural barrier
• smooth the appearance of fine lines
• restore a healthy, radiant glow
The formula absorbs beautifully, leaving the skin supple and luminous without feeling heavy.
A Simple Choice
To keep things easy, the course is offered on its own — and after enrolment you’ll have the option to add the Ritual Set if you wish.
Many women already have tools they love.
Others enjoy beginning the ritual with a complete set designed for the practice.
Either way, the most important part is learning how to use the movements correctly.

The Facial Sculpting Ritual
A few quiet minutes.
A simple stone.
A gentle return to your face.
